Buffalo ranch bites are packed with flavor and are a great addition to your next party. They are filled with cheese, bacon, ranch powder and buffalo sauce making for a taste explosion. This is a very low carb option that anyone would enjoy.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR BUFFALO RANCH BITES:
- Ground Chicken or Ground Turkey
- Bacon Crumbles
- Ranch Seasoning
- Unseasoned pork rind crumbs
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Cream Cheese
- Franks Red Hot Buffalo sauce
- Egg
- Baking Sheet

SHREDDING YOUR OWN CHEESE:
I personally like to shred my own cheese using my food processor. The food processor can shred an entire block of cheese in just a matter of seconds. I prefer to shred my own for several reasons.
Pre shredded cheese is more expensive, doesn’t melt as well and has an anti caking agent which adds additional carbs and funky ingredients. Since I started shredding my own cheese my dishes have turned out a lot better. The cheese is so creamy and melts amazing.

HOW TO MAKE BUFFALO RANCH BITES:
These buffalo bites are extremely easy to make. You can’t be afraid to get your hands dirty with this one though.
Start by placing all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
Use your hands to mix together all of the ingredients until fully combined and well incorporated.

Once it’s all mixed line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using a tablespoon scoop out 30 individual balls and roll them into a ball.

Place them on the baking sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked through. Oven times may slightly vary.

You can serve them as is or if you want an additional kick you can toss them in additional buffalo sauce once you remove them from the oven. Not everyone is a fan of buffalo heat so if you’re making them for a party you could even do half and half.
