This is my favorite way to make roll ups. These pickle roll ups are full of flavor and only require super simple ingredients that you probably already have at home. This is a great quick snack or appetizer for your next party.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR PICKLE ROLL UPS:
- baby dill pickles
- cream cheese
- salami or pepperoni slices
- everything but the bagel seasoning
HOW TO MAKE PICKLE ROLL UPS:
- Place your meat flat on a plate.
- Spread a small amount of cream cheese on each slice of meat.
- Sprinkle the everything but the bagel seasoning on the cream cheese
- Pat the pickle dry and place it in the center and roll it up tightly.
- Enjoy it as is or you can cut in half for extra bites. ( I like to do this because it makes me think Im getting to eat more than I really am.)

CAN THESE BE MADE IN ADVANCE?
This is typically something I like to eat as soon as I make it or shortly after. If you want to make them in advance the night before would be fine. Just be sure to store them in an airtight container and make sure that the pickle was patted dry before rolling it up.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE PICKLES?
The great thing about this snack is it’s super versatile. If you want to switch it up try filling it with olives, pepperoncini’s or even just leave it empty. It tastes great even with just the seasoning and cream cheese.
CAN YOU USE ANY KIND OF MEAT?
You can use any type of meat you want for these roll ups. My preference is typically salami or pepperoni but any kind you like will work.

Pickle Roll Ups
Ingredients
- 4 slices of salami or pepperoni
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 4 baby dill pickles patted dry
- Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
Instructions
- Lay the meat onto a plate
- Add 1/2 a tablespoon of cream cheese to each slice of meat
- Top with everything but the bagel seasoning
- Add the baby dill pickle then roll it up
- Eat it as is or cut it in half for more pieces and enjoy
